Pizza-Style Raclette
We love to try different combinations of cheeses and side dishes at our raclette parties. Surprise your guests (and your taste buds!) with this pizza-inspired raclette.

Ingredients
Serves 8 Servings8 | Swiss Raclette Cheese |
30 ml | olive oil |
1 | clove garlic, minced |
3 | sundried tomatoes, chopped |
1 | onion, chopped |
60 ml | chopped fresh herbs (parsley, oregano, basil) |
Salt & pepper to taste |
Preparation

- Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped sundried tomatoes and fresh herbs to taste.
- Season with salt & pepper.
- Place 1 slice of tomato topped with 1 slice of Swiss Raclette cheese in each raclette pan (8 raclette pans total).
- Garnish with the onion mixture and top with a small slice of Swiss Raclette cheese.
- Bake in the raclette oven and enjoy!
